Out of all of the shorts, the high rise 2.5″ is my favorite. For the low rise and high rise 2.5″, I found the 6 fit best, which is 1 size bigger than my legging size 4. Okay here is where it got tricky for me! For the mid rise 4″ shorts, the 6 was too baggy and the 4 was too tight around the butt, even though it fit much better in the leg. I frequently wear these to run errands since they are easy to throw on! They have a built in liner, so there’s no need to worry about anything showing during a workout class! Speed Up Shorts Sizing
